“We hired Don Foote Contracting for a total renovation of a 3300 sq ft old house. Work involved demolition to the studs, reframing and then complete renovation. The job moved along rapidly and they were always quick to react to any bumps along the way. Don and his team work very hard to be as transparent as possible with what is happening and costs of various aspects of the project. They are also very organized and push the homeowner to make all necessary decisions up front so things are not delayed waiting for material or while a design decision is made. Despite having a very detailed and explicit plan before we started we still made some changes along the way. They took these in stride.
