There was absolutely no pressure, but she did help us move the project forward and saved us time furniture shopping. If we'd tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just don't have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. The look she gave us was midcentury modern, and it goes great with our home. We are extremely happy with the final product and with her reasonable rates. There were no surprise expenses. We understood the costs at every step of the way, and JoJo kept everything within the budget and offered affordable options at every step.”

“After the Hurricane Harvey rebuild of our home, there were two cabinet doors that were damaged by our builder (not Framestead). The builder replaced with unfinished doors but told us to find our own contractor to do the staining. The local Sherwin Williams store recommended Framestead and their "stain expert", Jose. They did a great job matching the existing stain! I was concerned that contractors might not be interested in such a small job, but Framestead completed the work less than one week after my first contact with them.”

We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient.
