“My husband and I worked with Michael O'Dea in 2001 to build our first home in the Forest Springs North subdivision in Louisville, KY. Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work.
