“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! We are constantly marvelling at the thoughtful dimensions of the rooms, quality of the materials and the life-altering light. And we are not alone in our appreciation. The buzz in our neighbourhood continues even after a few years of residence. The building provokes lots of curiosity and passion to replicate.
