“From design stage to finish this builder was professional, listened thoughtfully and worked with us until WE were satisfied with the finished work. Several misunderstandings occurred, but they presented no arguments or problems. Items were quickly remover and replaced to our satisfaction. We did not live in the immediate area where our new home was being built but this presented no problem. Emails & phone calls were returned promptly even on weekends. The quality of the materials used was top of the line and the millwork and hardwood is beautifully done. The workmen & women on site were always polite and courteous. Most importantly we had a written finish date in our contract that this fine tuned team came in on time with. It was a pleasure to work with this fine Company. Their reputation is well earned.”

“Project was a demo and renovation of several rooms, requiring all new flooring, electrical upgrade, lighting, ceiling fans, doors, baseboard heating and painting - communication was excellent - pictures and videos were sent throughout the process - the oversight, follow through and coordination with all the subs contractors was spot on - very impressed with their depth of knowledge. They always presented recommendations clearly and were available to problem solve any issues that came up. They are very trustworthy and honest. We will be using them again for our kitchen renovation.”

“Peter and Archia did a major kitchen remodeling project for us in Duxbury MA. The project was done on time (and the schedule was very condensed), on budget and with great results. They were proactive in anticipating any issues and changes and made the project better then anticipated. They drove the punch list, coming by after the project on their own to tweak and tighten items and ensure that all was well. The quality of his work is outstanding, but equally important Toby is easy to work with. Toby is responsive and available as well as willing to discuss and resolve issues fairly.
