“We choose ARC by seeing their project sign in our local area, the project manager are very professional and smart when we first meet with them. So We decided to start with all design jobs for our dream home first, then see if we use them for construction or not. We found out their stuff are very kind and quite efficient, gets our point quickly. The development application was lodged very smoothly, and only took 5months to get it approved, so we feel like to deal with them for the rest of Construction job. Lucky we choose them, our house was built very quick and good quality, because I had few friends was very bad luck to choose other bad builder took them over 2 year only building a granny flat, had lots arguments with their project manager. From the experience with ARC, they are quite straightforward, quite felixiable if we change of mind even though it may cost them extra, but they seems ok not charging us extra. “The Walsh Group undertook a major renovation the upper two floors of an old three storey terrace house in Darlinghurst which included two completely new bathrooms, a completely new kitchen and laundry, intallation of new moulded cournices, built-in furniture, ceiling fans, polishing floors and intallation of carpets, painting throughout. The whole project took only about 8 weeks and could not be faulted. I can recommend them absolutely.”
