“We have done 3 remodeling projects with Henderer Design + Build. The first one was a major remodel from roof to lower level, including the kitchen, changing wall locations, just about everything. It was finished on time, beautifully done, by workers who were a pleasure to have in our home - daily for 3+ months. Our first experience was so excellent, that we chose Henderer again to remodel the upstairs bathroom - it's gorgeous and very functional. On each remodel, Mary Turney was outstanding in helping us find the right colors, tile, etc. - we'd still be trying to figure that out if she hadn't encouraged us along the way. So for our third remodel Henderer added on an entryway to our home, and coordinated fencing, concrete and stonework leading up to the house and on the driveway. It changes the whole impression of our home! I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I've seen a couple remodels by The Remodel Group. What struck me beyond the beauty and transformation was the attention to detail in hardware, craftmanship, not to mention the creativity. They are aware of new technology and use it, ie moving stove vents, shelving for appliances that lifts up and pulls out, solid, flexible hinges, etc. They show integrity and respect toward the client. “We worked with Refresh Renovations to repaint our home interior. Chris and team did a great job. Very responsive to all communications, handled all of the bids and scheduling. There were some minor touch ups required, which Chris addressed the same day. The work was completed in a day, rooms were left clean and our kids were able to sleep in their own rooms the same night. “Evergreen Renovations was recommended to us by another satisfied neighbor across the street when he learned of our difficulty in finding a competent yet cost-efficient roofer. Everyone we had contact with from Evergreen Renovations was helpful, compassionate, sympathetic and understanding of our severe financial limitations due to my disability and inability to work and my wife's part-time income. It was obvious that we needed a new roof ASAP, but at a price we could work with. They came through with flying colors, their staff was cordial and always polite, considerate, competent, and the work was done when they said it would be done! My wife and I are both happy with the price and our new 50-year roof, and relieved of the pending doom of leaks that we had been living under for the past 15 years. In each case, they spent time with us to better understand what we wanted, and then came up with a design plan that reflected both us and our life style perfectly. Sandy has wonderful design ideas, and John is expert at implementing them. They have great resources both for the material needed for the project (countertops, tile, hardware, cabinets etc.), and the people who can install them to their exacting standards. They both have an eye for detail and like a job to be done correctly, and the results show that. While they took our ideas into account, there are so many features we continue to appreciate every day that are a direct result of the excellent suggestions and guidance that Sandy and John provided. Their friendly manner certainly enhanced the whole experience.”
