“We planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!”

“Bravehart Building has done several jobs at my business. After only 1 year in the business' new facility a number of problems arose around the plumbing, unsafe electrical, falling tiles in the steam rooms and rotting doors and HVAC issues. Every professional that Bravehart Building brought into the business did exceptional work. Bill Wallace and Laura Pollard kept a watchful eye on everything and made sure I was pleased. “My name is Stacey Svihla, I'm a Certified Interior Decorator. My home was renovated by Albert and his crew and worked on for about 2.5 months. Everyone involved was very kind, polite and respectful. In that time, the walls between the living room, kitchen and family room were taken down, to create an open concept living space. All the builder grade carpet, tile and parquet were removed on the main floor and replaced with hand scraped, wide plank, honed finished hard maple hardwood. Both stair cases were sanded and re-stained to match new hardwood and new white pickets installed. The popcorn ceiling was scraped to give way for a fresh, clean and smooth ceiling. The original kitchen was removed set up in the garage for storage. A custom kitchen was built and installed, in Benjamin Moore's Simply White. Several of the adjoining walls were given rounded corners to add softness to the space. A guest bedroom and full three piece bathroom were also added in the already half finished basement.”

“I hired this company after seeing their work on Houzz. I have worked in the build industry for over 20 years and I have NEVER worked with someone (Yasmine Goodwin) who is more attentive, intuitive, intelligent, insightful, creative, competent, sincere and honest. Every interaction to date has been a stress reducing experience. She/the company is worth their weight in gold as each suggestion either saves us money directly ( I thought I wanted an 8 foot curved kitchen island and she suggested a different shape/size) or indirectly (Yasmine's idea for the island is spectacular, so not only am I saving money with that change, her input on that alone has increased the aesthetic of my house significantly. ) For every idea this designer suggests, cost and stress is reduced, and peace and tranquility increased. Who ever gets that with a house build??? I hope that this company wins Houzz award of the year for being 'good people' with great talent.”
