“Frank and his staff from Finial are wonderful! Frank designed and built our dream home. He listened and planned with us for months and incorporated every detail we wanted. Frank thought of many things we would not have. The result is beautiful exquisite and we could not be more happy. Frank and his team were wonderful throughout the building process. We were informed of progress, details were patiently explained and every sub was very respectful. Frank is very honest, clear and supportive. If we were to build another home, we would use Finial! “HONEST and understanding. JB goes above and beyond what is expected. My husband and I put a contract on a home that "needed some work". The realtors had several bids from various contractors to show us how much these repairs could cost. We had JB come and take a look, and give us an estimate (for hours)... NO CHARGE. He could not believe the estimates from the other contractors. The roof did not need to be patched (in like 6 places according to the other bids), but completely ripped off and re-done. It was put on improperly causing all the leaks and damage to begin with. And the mold.... yes, MOLD! That was just another nightmare! He said he would be happy to repair it, but to be done correctly, it would cost more than the house. Basically, "run!" And, we did. Thankfully.”

“Shawn Starr of Dreambuilder Custom Homes built our custom home in Jacksonville Beach, completed August 2013. Shawn has an artistic eye and is meticulous in his attention to detail. Our home has many extras which are considered part of his basic construction package. Ceiling detail was especially thoughtful and added to the appeal of our home. Construction materials were of high quality and the 6 inch outer walls adding to the R factor were standard. We appreciate the high quality craftsmanship of the subcontractors who worked with Shawn on our home. Shawn is passionate about his work and made us feel like we were his only clients. In the post construction period, Shawn has remained readily accessible to us and has met his commitment to quality in managing punch list items.”

“Charles and Jeanne, are the best builder and interior designed combination in Palm Coast. Charles builds amazing homes with a very high quality. They work together to design and implement and the outcome is awesome. As a Real Estate Broker if anyone asks me to recommend best builder in town, I always recommend Charles. Besides # of customers he built for he also assisted me last year with the complete remodeling and reconstruction of my commercial building. HE did awesome job, his people were always courteous, clean and on time. Jeanne also assisted me with the designing a remodel project in my home and it came out beautiful. “The Kirouac Group did a major renovation of our Kitchen, Dining Room and Family room. We combined all 3 rooms into a single open concept eat in kitchen and family room. We could not be more pleased with the result. To a person everyone who has come to the house since the renovation has loved the results. The project was a great collaboration between Shawn Kirouac, his on site leader and us as the home owners. The resulting design elements and details ended in a beautiful result. I would work with the Kirouc Group on another project and have recommended them to my friends.”
