This guy is a thief, do not buy from him.. He never pays his vendors, and the quality of door is not up to standard.. stick clear from this company if you know whats good for you

My company loves working with Rob. He doesn't just come in and measure your door. He comes in, gets a feel for your house, understands the direction you want to take it, and then free hands a design right then And there. It doesn't get more custom than that. Stellar guy, and hilarious to work with. I recommend him to anyone.

We engaged Rob Key Designs to help with the design of our Radiation Oncology Center that opened in November 2014. The doors and windows they designed and installed were certainly beautiful, but soon revealed poor functionality design and flaws that do not to stand-up to everyday weather. Since installation we have had multiple/significant water leaks from rain with puddles of water reaching up to 5 ft away from the door and causing damage to new flooring. We contacted Rob Key Designs the first time this occurred (shortly after installation) and three years later we are still trying to get them to address/fix the issue. We have contacted them multiple times via phone and email and are met with no response. We have been repeatedly told they will get back with us and that is never the reality. On August 8/22/16 Bruce, a manager with Rob Keys, ensured us they had come up with a way to add another layer of weather-stripping that they thought would fix the problem, however to date (February 27, 2017) they have yet to come and repair the defect. The lack of follow-through, product warranty and customer service has been more than disappointing, it has cost us a lot of time and money in clean-up and probable future repair costs. All we ask is that Rob Key Designs address the problems with their doors to keep the leaks from occurring, however this has yet to happen. When spending the large amount of money with a company, one expects quality work and responsive customer service, which unfortunately is not the case with Rob Key Designs.

Rob has been doing my iron work for over 5 years, and I must say he ranks as one of my best subcontractors in the business. Rob has shown pure professionism, quality and integrity throughout the many projects I have done throughout the years! I give Rob Key designs an A+ Mike Berman Eaglerock Builders
