“I hired Mark to do a complete backyard remodel inlcuding demolition of the old concrete slab, removal of all planter walls, building a new retaining wall on our slope, and pushing the yard back in to the hillside to gain additional square footage around the pool. He also replaced the pool coping, drainage and built all new planter walls. Mark was super friendly and my wife and I immediately felt comfortable with his expertise. He showed up on time for the estimate and was very consultative (no pressure). I got three bids from other companies and while Mark's wasn't the lowest, it was competitive, and my wife and I both felt that with a project of this size, we'd rather spend the money with someone we felt good about rather than just making the decision on price alone. I'm glad we did. We stayed within budget and there were very minimal unforseen extras (the draininge under the old slab had to be replaced, but thats to be expected on a 50 year old slab. The project finished on schedule and looks amazing. Mark and his foreman Phil were both really easy to work with, friendly and attentive during the whole process. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and would hire them again if I had another project.”
