Brandy set up the day and time and Troy arrived as scheduled on time! During the walk through, Troy took the time to really understand what I was trying to achieve and if I had any specific preferences. Along the way he offered a number of suggestions based on his technical expertise that might be better in the long run. Their bid was very competitive and I awarded them the contract. A short time after the job was completed, I ran into a technical issue. I contacted Brandy and Troy to let them know what was going on. They both jumped into action and were at the house in a matter of a few hours. They made it clear to me that they would do everything necessary to resolve the issue. We have all read about, or experienced, horror stories regarding contractors who do not stand behind their work. H5 Electric is NOT one of those contractors. I cannot stress how impressed I have been by their commitment to customer service and their willingness to make sure that everything possible has been done to meet my expectations.”
