“A few months ago I had a nightmare happen: the sheet rock in te curling of my four ear old daughter began to disintegrate and fall. Out of nowhere. Luckily no one was hurt, but I needed it fixed as quickly as possible. I also needed it fixed as cheaply as possible - I just was not in a position to pay thousands of dollars to replace the whole ceiling. I had a number of estimates Nd every contractor told me that I had to tear down the deaf f the fueling and install a whole new once, which was impossible at the time - I just could not afford it. They did an amazing job, quickly and efficiently, and left the room cleaner than they found it. His team completed the work in a speedy manner and we appreciate the efforts they made to clean up (vacuum, wipe surfaces, organize trash) afterwards. They even helped us install an outlet pro bono! Ilya was especially quick and helpful in getting all required documents for us to obtain permission for this work from our condo board. We did note that they arrived an hour and half later than the intended time and we had to follow up after a while to get an idea of where they were/expected timing.
