He was very responsive and was able to assess what was needed via a videochat, which was especially helpful during covid. His team completed the work in a speedy manner and we appreciate the efforts they made to clean up (vacuum, wipe surfaces, organize trash) afterwards. They even helped us install an outlet pro bono! Ilya was especially quick and helpful in getting all required documents for us to obtain permission for this work from our condo board. We did note that they arrived an hour and half later than the intended time and we had to follow up after a while to get an idea of where they were/expected timing. “A few months ago I had a nightmare happen: the sheet rock in te curling of my four ear old daughter began to disintegrate and fall. Out of nowhere. Luckily no one was hurt, but I needed it fixed as quickly as possible.
