“I have known and worked with Rita Henry and Distinctive Mantles on a number of projects since 1997. Rita is a very creative and intuitive designer, team player, and a problem solver. As with many design projects everything does not always come together perfectly or as planned. Walls aren't plumb, dimensions are imperfect and the planning for the fireplace, mantle or stove hood may need some modification. Rita always seems to have a solution to make things work out right and the end result turns out better then anticipated. “We at Thetfordlandscapes.com have used Breck Iron works and Fire on Demand for 15 plus years, and we have enjoyed their skill and creativity. When we construct an out door living space that contains a gas fire pit, there are lots of moving parts to consider while meeting customers goals. Style of fire pit, pipe size, lighting, and total heat output are some that come to mind. Fire on demand has been great at communicating clearly, and executing fire pit construction on time, and on budget. They also have a great place to look at fire pits and compare different sizes and designs. We encourage you to talk to the team at fire on demand about your fire pit needs.”

“Since writing my previous review, it came to my attention that the company that sold me my fireplace went out of business, and was replaced by a "new" company with the same name. I do not know the particulars, nor do I know if there are different owners. Nonetheless, when Bob Khan saw my review, he contacted me, and offered to try to make it right. He did this by paying for Grill and Fireplace Experts of Aurora to get the parts and repair my fireplace, which is now working as it should. This is greatly appreciated. I still do not know why this fireplace has been so problematic, or why it has taken so long to obtain parts. I would visit with Bob regarding future fireplace needs ( I would like to meet him.), but I doubt if I would ever consider a Napoleon product, based on its past performance.”
