They do do not handle Hunter and advised me Hunter is out of business for fireplace inserts and that if parts are required, they would be very difficult to get. They were willing to do a service call to see if they could help. Their service technician came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem by measuring voltages to electric valves and made the easy fix, no parts required. Unit now operates well.
