“My wife bought me a fire pit for Xmas and after a lot of research I chose Magmafirepits as they offered an impressive range of materials, sizes and a bespoke service if required. I eventually chose a very large stainless steel fire pit. The communication and order fulfilment by Andy Webb was excellent. The fire pit has been put to good use in my large garden and consumes prodigious amounts of garden debris.”

“We had a Metro 100XT/3 with a Limestone Shelf installed in our home in late 2016. We absolutely adore the fire and are forever complimented on how beautiful it is by visitors. It has added so much to our living room – from the sleek design to the realistic fire logs… it really is everything we could have asked for. Not only do we love the fire but I just want to highlight how incredible the staff at platonic are. The customer service we received was of the highest standard – it is always nice to deal with a company that care so much about their work. From the first site visit all the way through to the installation, the process was flawless and everyone we dealt with was helpful and a pleasure.
