Renaissance Floors

We had Renaissance Floors sand and re-finish our bedroom and office after we purchased our home. We were unsure of what we were looking for in regard to stain color, but from the beginning Frank was so helpful and patient with us. He arrived only a few days after our estimate to start working. He was prompt, efficient, kind, very hard working and honest. He was very understanding of my indifference in color and prepared multiple samples of stains to choose from. After choosing the stain that WE LOVED, he was very efficient at applying the stain and finishing the job early. He offered many helpful suggestions during the process and was very knowledgeable about his field. He spent time educating me on "after care" for the flooring to help prolong the life of the stain, which I appreciate so much.
