My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Creative Interiors and Design is locally owned and family operated by Ryan and Heidi Townsend. We share a passion to help people get their homes looking great. To accomplish this goal, we offer a wide selection of beautiful accessories as well as quality furniture brands. Our In-home Design Process gives us the ability to achieve the personal style and function that best reflects our client. We've helped hundreds of people throughout the Northwest achieve the look and feel they love in their home. Initially Creative Interiors and Design operated on a smaller scale out of the home. In 2004, we made the leap to become a full-retail home furnishing and design showroom. Rugs, lighting and window treatments were expanded; and top furniture and accessory brands were added. In 2007, we moved into the New Tradition Homes building further expanding our selection and building our Creative Design Team. Our selection has improved throughout the years, but our mission has remained the same: to help people create the look and feel they love in their homes! We accomplish this through knowledgeable and caring associates, wonderful products and exceptional service. Our desire is for you to experience a friendly and courteous atmosphere and to always feel welcome in our showroom. Feel free to visit our showroom, we would love to meet you!

We've been working with Creative Interiors and Design for many years. Their entire team is highly skilled, knowledgable and hard-working — not to mention design savvy! Heidi, Audrey and Tracey have all won awards for their work in our homes. Our customers love working with them and are always appreciative of their great depth of knowledge in current trends and color theory. If you're looking for a hands-on design team to partner with while building a new home or would like to renovate and revamp your current one, this team of all-stars has you covered every inch of the way!

when interviewed on my design references, lots of questions were asked. i walked through their design store for ideas, looks at pics online, and many fabric choices. I had fun and the results were great, from the paint color on the walls to the upholstered bed frame that I had always wanted. I especially love the accessories the designer helped me chose, especially the huge mirror above my dresser.

There is no store in the Portland/Vancouver area that comes close to this store in display, selection and service. I am totally impressed with the diversity of styles available and quality for the money. These guys don't just sell you stuff, they help you put it together IN YOUR HOUSE! Their delivery guys are sooo friendly and courteous and deliver and set up everything in the house, even hanging the pictures!! For someone like me who really can't do it herself, this was a godsend. Everyone who comes to my house raves about my beautiful furniture and the decorating and I tell them all to go see Heidi at Creative Interiors.

As a customer service and sales professional I am very sensitive when it comes to the quality of service I receive. I appreciate it when sales people have integrity, listen well and are not pushy; and these are the characteristics that really attracted me to the people at Creative Interiors. I went from being a guy who could care less about "decorating" to someone who really appreciates having a look I love in my home. My home looks awesome now and I want to have all my friends over just to see it! This store has very good quality furniture as well as quality people working there!

As part of our home remodel, I knew help was going to be needed to update or re-do the décor of our dining room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Heidi came to our home for the initial assessment and did an amazing job of quickly identifying our tastes. She was able to use the larger pieces of living room and dining furniture we wanted to keep (although we did add a beautiful entertainment center) and used accent furniture, draperies and décor to create a warm and beautiful home that is truly a reflection of both my husband and me. The bedroom is a complete re-do and is finally the sanctuary I've dreamed of having. Heidi ran with the color scheme I had initially mentioned and turned it into something so much more elegant than I could ever have done on my own. The outcome has certainly exceeded my expectations, but shouldn't be surprising given Heidi's talents. The entire team was exceptional and pleasant to work with - Sharon, the drapery lady, does stunning work and the installers were all professional and courteous. We love our home thanks to Creative Interiors and Design!
