“Zaid at RugMethod provided great customer service, answering questions about my order in a timely way. I loved the rug, but decided it was too big for the space I had in mind. Zaid sent instructions for returning it and even waived the restocking fee as a courtesy. That made me feel a lot better about my order, because the possibility of that fee had felt like a penalty.”
