Rose City Knifeworks

I purchased RCK's 9.5" Japanese Chef's Knife. It's the best knife in my kitchen and I use it as my main knife. It's light, holds its edge, and looks beautiful. I'd recommend this or any other Rose City Knifeworks knife for anyone who cares about knives. The owners are also very responsive and knowledgeable: they explained the pros/cons of various features and styles, and helped me choose which knife I should get next for my kitchen.
