“Working with Easy Open Door Company was a pleasure. Right from the beginning, Michele was extremely helpful and courteous in answering all of my questions regarding what brand/style to use and the pro's and con's of each. Randy was very professional during the estimating process and even had his crew help with some minor construction to move some shelving during the installation. The installer was prompt and the job site was kept clean. The installer asked if there were any issues upon completion and there was not. I would absolutely recommend this company, there are a lot of other garage door companies out there with bleak tract records, read the reviews. Check the rating of Easy Open Door company on Angie's list and you will get a sense of their professional, courteous record.”

“We were having trouble with our garage door and I had a friend tell me about Garage Doors Unlimited. They were such a pleasure to work with! They came out promptly and were very professional. The garage door was not sealing right when it shut therefore leaking bugs and hot air into the garage. Scott was right on it and the garage is working like brand new. I like that he was on time and honest and did not try to sell us on having to replace parts and spend more money than we had to!! We really appreciated that! I highly recommend Garage Doors Unlimited!!”

“I have been using Access Custom Garage Doors to service my house for several years now, including the installation of multiple springs as well as electric door openers. I have consistently had very good and reliable service. Most recently I had a garage door spring break in the morning and they were able to do the repair that afternoon. This type of service seems to be the rule rather than the exception. The service crew is excellent.”

“Our spring broke on one of our garage doors. I called several different garage door repair shops and got quotes from $165 to $275. In speaking to most of these shops I just got the feeling that they were out to screw me. When I called this company they answered my questions directly and gave me a quote of $150. Making the appointment was easy and they didn't ask for a 4 hour window that I had to sit around the house waiting for them. They gave me a 2 hour window and called a half hour before they showed to tell me they were on the way. The technician fixed the spring and gave the door opening system a once over ie. lubed up the hinges. Next time I have a garage door problem, this company will be my first call.”

“I don't give five stars lightly, but these guys have wowed me twice. They repaired our garage door several years ago promptly and for a reasonable price. The door is old and gets a lot of usage because we are in an out several times a day, and our son enters through the garage with a key-code every day after school. On Sunday night we discovered a broken spring that prevented the door from functioning properly. Because of the excellent service that we received before, I called on Monday shortly after 8 a.m. and was told that they would have someone out before 10 a.m. Within two hours of my call, the door was fully repaired for the price quoted on the phone. That is incredible service for a Monday morning. The only thing that I thought was odd was that they wanted to charge more for accepting a credit card, but the fact that they take personal checks is not necessarily a bad thing. Thanks again for proving that the art of customer service hasn't been completely lost!”
