“This is unbelievable in today's times, but Corey from Plano Overhead Door just came out & fixed my garage door and didn't charge me because it was a simple fix. I have used this company for years because they are so reliable and honest, and they do excellent work, but I was blown away by this rare display of generosity, especially from someone that doesn't know me. The other notable thing is that I had been dealing with the door not shutting for 2-3 days, trying to work with the company that put it in, since it is a new construction home. I called Plano Overhead Door this morning, and they were here in less than an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company!”

“I was having problems with the roll up doors on my garage/shop. This is a metal bldg. 32' x 60' with 2 garage doors, 10' x 14', with electric opener/closers. One door constantly chattered in the last 5' as it rolled down and the other door would have uneven roll up. I thought it was a tension problem on the on that was uneven roll up and wasn't sure why the other chattered. Casey came out to the house, which is probably a good 60 mile drive for him, and within 15 or 20 minutes identified the problem with both doors. He and his assistant got to work adjusting the guide rails on both doors. It wasn't long and both doors were running smoothly and evenly up and down without issues. what I perceived to be the issue on the uneven rollup was completely off target. I am very pleased with the end result. Fixed and done in one trip!”
