With it being a large door I decided to have them install heavy duty springs and ball bearing rollers plus extra support arm on the lifting arm. They sell this kit as a package deal . After all the new hardware and such my door has never run more smoothly in the whole time I have lived here. Well worth the investment specially when your garage door is your main access to the house . I can't thank Doug the technician from precision door enough. Great job”
