Immediately I found that he was very professional and quickly went about his work asking me questions about what my needs were and what I expected from his company. Rob provided me with a very detailed estimate and reviewed it in detail and solicited any questions that I might have. I received 3 other quotes and by far Rob was the most detailed, professional, personal and customer service oriented. Because of Rob I selected DGD to replace my garage door. I also worked with Allison to complete the paper work and schedule the install date. Allison was a pleasure to work with and she kept me apprised in regards to the install and payment schedule. Corey, the installer, arrived on time on the date scheduled. Corey was very personable and he went to work upon arrival and completed the removal & replacement in the time as stated by Allison & Rob. We had a minor cosmetic issue (dent in one of the door panels) that was quickly resolved with a call to Allison. No hassle customer service! After the install Linda Krumholtz contacted me to explain and arrange the county inspection to validate & approve the install, which went off without any issues. This is a very professional company and I would use them again and recommend them to family, friends and other home owners in my association.
