I have used this company for years because they are so reliable and honest, and they do excellent work, but I was blown away by this rare display of generosity, especially from someone that doesn't know me. The other notable thing is that I had been dealing with the door not shutting for 2-3 days, trying to work with the company that put it in, since it is a new construction home.
