“Everything went smoothly. The installers were very professional, efficient and friendly. I believe the price was extremely competitive at least when compared to several other competitors. These doors were a great upgrade to the curb appeal of our house. This might be very important with us considering putting the house on the market! “We set an appointment with Steel City Garage Doors in Pittsburgh for last Thursday. Their service tech arrived on time and was very friendly. We have been having issues for a while now. We had another company install our garage doors and even though we’ve called several times to report the issues, they never returned our calls. Steel City came out right away and found that our limit settings weren’t set properly so the door would sometimes close all the way and other times it would close and then immediately open back up! It was very frustrating. Steel City adjusted the settings and now everything is working just fine! Wish I would have went with them for the installation as I have no doubts it would have been done right!”

They offered to put decorative hardware on the door installed and at the time I could not decide, but they offered if I changed my mine they would come back to put it on. Which they ended up doing. They were polite and had great salesmanship and everything was top notch. I cant say enough about them and in fact there going to be installing another door in a couple months.”
