“I have worked with Bruce and A&B Home Repair for many projects over the 10 years I have owned my house. In fact, Bruce has done every home project I have taken on. His work is very detailed and he can handle many different types of requests. For me he has done everything from ripping down bathrooms to the studs and recreating to installing and finishing woodwork throughout my house. His work has always been very professional and of great quality. His pricing I have found is also very reasonable as well. “Cousins Construction replaced the roof on our 1200 sq ft(not the roof dimensions) home in a timely fashion(1 day) at a reasonable price($5200) with friendly and professional staff. They even had someone come back a couple weeks later to seal off some areas of our roof because a bat had gotten into the house. We are very happy with their service.”

“Two decorative columns on my front porch were replaced and looked exactly as they should - even though they are fiberglass, they look like the original wood and were installed without a hitch. I also had two hand rails and banisters made of pressure treated wood installed and they were custom fitted to the columns perfectyly. I am very satisfied with the work done by everyone involved. They were professional, prompt and clean. They even called to do the job earlier than the projected date.”

“We've known David DeGiorgis for 25 years. He has always shown himself to be a reliable and competent contractor. He has worked on multiple projects of varying sizes for us including a new bathroom, insulation, replacing windows and doors, repairing water damage, etc. He always gives an estimate that he sticks to and responds in a timely manner. “We hired Lawrence& Britton on the recommendation of good friends in our Catskills neighborhood. We try to spend most of our summers in what was a run down little camp. It is now a cabin, solid and elegant. Thanks to their attention to detail, exquisite craftsmanship and amazing communication with us about materials and design, we feel very fortunate to have found them. We are very happy to recommend Lawrence & Britton for renovations or new construction. Due to the pandemic's supply chain issues and very high prices in 2021, they worked diligently with us to identify and source quality materials at an affordable price. All the walls needed to be rebuilt as it was an old hunting camp, tossed together in 1942. See photos (the barn falling down in the back yard will be our next project). It's an amazing transformation. We feel strongly you will enjoy working with these folks and be very pleased with their work.”
