“In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. Align Developments gave us untold amount of advice and options as we moved through the process. Graham worked diligently always keeping us informed of the progress and made sure that we were making the choices we needed to make to keep the project on schedule and on budget. “We are currently having a complete renovation done on our home. This is a 6-8 month project. All the walls were taken out in our upstairs and downstairs bungalow, and our general contractor, Ultimate Renovations have worked closely with us to develop a new design. We have chosen Ultimate Renovations as this organization has since 1979 been Calgary's only 8 time Renovator of the year and Winner of 30 CHBA Renovation Awards. We have also seen the quality of work in their previous projects. All the staff of Ultimate Renovations, and their suppliers are very customer focussed, professional, and take the extra time to do quality work.
