Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”

“The team at Home Care Contractors puller through with an excellent job in a very short time period, to install a drop-in tub and shower combo for us. They tiled the walls, installed new plumbing fixtures, and built a beautiful tub surround with cedar planks.
When unexpected things came up (like the cast iron tub being heavier and harder to install than anticipated!), they quickly came up with a resolution and worked late to ensure we stayed on schedule. We love the end result!”
