“We had to have major window repair and replacement done due to wood rot of our original Pella windows. This was a huge and complicated job and Stephen and crew handled it superbly! Stephen recommended a new brand of window and we are very happy with it. There's no indication that it is any different from the rest of our windows but it will last much longer and perform better. The installation was hard but they did a wonderful job of working around our lives and making sure we were never left with open holes or unlivable conditions. I would highly recommend Green Igloo for a remodeling project and hope to use them again in the future.”

The vision that they had in reviving a house that had been in serious need of updating came out beautifully!! “3 P fire & safety came to our place and redesigned our kitchen, living and dining room, plus built our 40 x 80 shop and outdoor kitchen. From start to finish the crews did an excellent job. And under budget.”

“Has done numerous handyman type of jobs, and also done a major remodel of my master bedroom bathroom. In the remodel job he removed a garden tub and small shower and constructed a large handicapped accessible tile shower with a built-in shower bench, with grab bars placed completely around the inside, and outside of the shower. LTG Handyman Service also replaced a standard toilet with deluxe elongated toilet, and modified a wall by shortening the separation wall to afford handicapped access to the toilet. Placed a two (2) door storage cabinet above the toilet. In the space where the fiberglass shower was removed LTG Handyman Service a linen/storage closet with shelving, tile floor, a walk in area, and a matching door. The bathroom that was virtually inaccessible for me as a handicapped, person who has suffered a stroke, and has mobility problems because of a left-side leg, arm and hand deficiencies, is now accessible and fulfills my needs for a handicapped accessible bathroom.”

“I have used MHC Remodeling for several projects. The largest was a bathroom remodel. Every single time, their staff were extremely knowledgeable and attentive. My wife and I were not 100% sure as to exactly what we wanted, but Mitch and Justin gave us some amazing ideas, and our bathroom remodel turned out beautiful! They were very fairly priced, and above all, they were honest. The workers were very experienced, and the project was completed on time. I highly recommend MHC to all my friends and family!”
