Each time, they continuously guided us with friendly, courteous professionalism that would definitely have us contact them again for our next renovation project. From deciding on colour palette (finding the perfect white) to major structural changes or unforeseen challenges (a 1930 Westmount home is never without hidden surprises), we can't speak highly enough of their commitment, expertise, knowledge, attention to detail & problem solving capacities. “My family hired Town and Country in the spring of 2014 for work that took place in August of that year. From the first meeting to the last handshake, we were very pleased with the professionalism, quality and skill of this renovation consultant. “I was referred to J. Collins construction by a trusted real estate agent and felt Josh would be a good choice for my project. He converted my 100 year old cottage that had previously been a duplex back into a duplex. This involved building a new kitchen, remodeling a second kitchen, building a new bathroom, changing 2 exterior doors and rebuilding a crumbling basement entrance among many other things. He completed this large project in 10 weeks and was always available to resolve issues that arose and help make decisions to get the most value out of dollars spent. They are also easy to work with as sometimes additional trades people or other services needed to be coordinated. I was able to live in my house throughout the entire project and efforts were made to keep the living part reasonably functional. I was so happy with the team and the way they worked that I recommended them to my sister who has already happily completed 2 large projects with J. Collins Construction. Nine months after completion, when I had a question about some water damage I noticed, Josh was responsive and quickly investigated and repaired the problem.”
