“Paul and Superior Seal Construction were spectacular from start to finish on our home renovation. We first called Paul on a Sunday in a somewhat desperate situation. Our exterior home renovations had taken a turn South, and we needed to find a new stucco contractor ASAP. Enter Paul. Paul returned our call on a Sunday and made himself available for a meeting and formal bid of our project right away. I'll start by sharing that our home is a very difficult project to take on. It scared off quite a few contractors. Not Paul! Paul's bid was professionally drafted, returned to us quickly, and totally fair in terms of pricing and what other contractors bid the project. Most importantly, Paul's quote was FIRM and he didn't try sending change orders with new prices mid-project. Fantastic! Throughout the project, Paul communicated with us daily. He sent photos and regular updates. If an issue arose, he was non-alarmist about it and presented options for fixing it. He was on site working with and directing the crew, which is something none of our other contractors did even when they said they would. In summary, Paul is the real deal. We are extremely pleased with how the work turned out and can't recommend Paul highly enough. At project completion, Paul didn't stop until we were 100% satisfied with his work.
