“XL Outdoor Living offers superior design and craftsmanship for any project. We consulted with XL to build a sunroom on the back of our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. “I hired Tom Mason to renovate an historic brick house in South Minneapolis. They refinished and stained all the hardwood floors, scraped all the popcorn ceilings and made them smooth, tiled the kitchen, redid one bathroom, and painted the whole place. We did our own cabinets and countertops in the kitchen. Tom is really easy to work with and I'm totally happy with that project. It was done when we hoped it would be and the budget stayed similar to what we started with. (Things always come up when doing major renovations but Tom is fair and up front about any surprises which appear during the project.) I also own a landscape construction company. Tom has built some outdoor Trex steps and decking, and installed siding for our landscaping clients. Those projects have also been good for both us and our clients. Very satisfied. We will have more projects together in the upcoming year.”
