“We had built in cabinets put on either side of our fireplace. They are beautiful and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!! They responded immediately and were able to come out to see what was needed within the week. An estimate was given within the next week. They had an opening rather quickly. The work was completed in my garage and then installed in our great room. The craftsmanship is excellent!”

“Even though Zaben contracting services has not been in the market for long, it leads many other contracting services companies that have been in the market for decades. All that goes back to the company's principles: 1): Clients satisfaction comes first. 2): Relying on professional staff. 3): Doing whatever it takes to get jobs done before deadlines. I highly recommend Zaben contracting services for your next project.”

“Over the past few years, I have used this company for several different projects. Jim Sugar is a complete professional and always does the job as though he was working on his own home. I have even changed the direction of a project in mid-stream, so to speak, and Jim has never batted an eye. Jim is helpful and knowledgeable about many different types of home maintenance and improvements. He gives suggestions and/or opinions when asked. I have given his name and contact information to others when they have needed help with home improvements. At this moment, I am in the process of getting another couple of projects going with Jim. We don't even worry about getting other quotes. We know that Jim will do the job and that we will be happy with the results!”
Fry Contracting Company

“We have a 40 year old house (two-story) with a narrow kitchen in the back. We hired Fry Contracting to design a kitchen that would expand our current kitchen include knocking out our back wall and building on behind our house. Within weeks, an architect came out twice with different plans drawn up. We took the plans and had the kitchen laid out in 3D with complete graphics with different points of view as to what the final result would appear: our goal being "our dream kitchen" with "no surprises": if you know what I mean! Sitting down with the contractor, a bid was put together as to what we might expect the cost of the project to run. We accepted the bid based upon the work promised, with the idea that the project might "morph" as it went along if we saw a few things we'd like to add or change. We did do that: We added a full basement (complete with built in shelving) under the new extension. We vaulted the ceiling and designed four faux skylights. This was my idea from looking through your website. We went a bit over budget with the granite counter-tops, but saved elsewhere by using an Amish cabinetmaker/installer. The final touch recommended by the contractor that absolutely made this a smashing success was the island design, along with putting in a wall on the diagonal with a full picture window, thereby doing away with a "box on the back of a house" look. He also, with his assistant, Cheryl Ware recommended tying the entire first floor into the newly remodeled kitchen with framing out all of the windows exactly the same and including the same baseboard pattern and color. Now instead of just a new "dream kitchen", our entire first floor appears to be a showpiece. There were "bumps" along the way, but no "deal-breakers". Open communication, and a weekly scheduled meeting with the builder and his assistant gave us the forum to express any concerns, and all cases we were completely satisfied with how our desires/concerns were met and fulfilled. One thing that completely impressed me was the caliber of the workmanship of the sub-contractors. These guys were personable as well. They showed up on time; most always left the job at the end of the day in 'clean' fashion, and did excellent work. I had a few friends by who know good workmanship and they pointed out how things were well done. We laugh to think that we could have done this ourselves, without a general contractor! It's not a job that we'd be remotely interested in, and the work would have probably dragged on for YEARS. However, with using Fry Contracting, the work was not only completed in a timely manner, but done exactly as we had hoped it would be in our minds at the onset. Our kitchen is unique, artsy, extremely beautifully lit, and just like those 3D pics that we'd looked at with moon-eyes at the on-set. I'd highly recommend this company to my family and friends. If you are considering a general contractor and getting a bid or two for the work, I would definitely suggest that you include this company in the mix.”

“I am in the process of gathering quotes. Conte Remodelers is responsive and articulate. The efficiency I have experienced in their communications is a positive reflection on the potential experience of working with them on my remodel. I look forward to their quote and I anticipate that it will be competitive with other quotes.”
