“We hired D-K for a complete kitchen remodel. They were very professional, transparent, accurate with their time and cost estimates, and provided helpful recommendations for details like fixture placement and functionality of the finished space since we didn't work with a designer. They also provided good guidance on upgrades appropriate for our historic neighborhood, since they've done a lot of work for neighbors. They have many subcontractors working for them - as all contractors do - and there were a couple of small miscommunications, but none of them would prevent us from hiring them again for a future project.”

“David was called to complete our new wall with crown mold, floor trim and painting. It was a job we couldn’t tackle since part of it was over stairs. The wall had to be prepped before painting. David was prompt and finished within 2 weeks. I also added a door to be painted and changing the hinges. He didn’t hesitate to help. Job well done! Will definitely recommend to friends.”

“Hired Brad to install a backsplash in the kitchen and an exhaust fan with light and heater in the masterbath. Brad did an excellent job on the backsplash. Just what we wanted. He ran into an unexpected problem with the bathroom exhaust fan and is returning to complete the job once the Coronavirus restrictions are lifted.”

“Starting late in the winter of 2015, my partner and I purchased a 2600 square foot home that sits on a small lake in Indianapolis, Indiana. Although I had a vision for what I thought the house could become, I realistically knew that it was a huge undertaking. We essentially took a two bedroom home that was outdated (built in 1983) and turned it into a spectacular three bedroom home. We did our homework and got bids from four different companies. We chose Bontrager construction and couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and high quality work ethic. He is a "CAN DO" person with an easy laid back quality that worked very well with us and our architect. He executed a complete renovation of our home. Gutting the inside and rebuilding into a masterpiece that could rival anything you might see in a magazine. He was consistent with what he said he could do and stayed on task throughout the renovation. I can't say enough about how he handled our project. If you're looking for a consummate professional, then look to Raymond Bontrager. You will not be disappointed!”

“These guys are ABSOLUTE professionals. They came out to get measurements, then gave me the quote. They told me up front, if they find bad decking it will need to be changed. “We won’t cover up bad decking”!. They did find some, Yes it did cost me a little more, but it was worth it. They tore off 2 layers and installed new shingles, all in 1 day. I will use them again if I need construction or concrete work. (I won’t need shingle work for another 30 years)”

“I had Kyle come out to give me an estimate on a water softener/water filter for my house. The product works great in my neighbor's house, but the system is expensive. I think it would be a great lifetime product for those that have poor water quality in their homes. My neighbors all love their Kinetico systems.”
