From the first meeting to our last, Tyler and Scott provided wonderful services. From Scott's gift with design to Tyler's natural talent with color and everything that looks great, we were more than pleased. All permits and inspections were done by them which made for a smooth process. The father and son team took a great interest in the project from the start as was evident in deciding the perfect placement of the building. Their attention to detail, use of the best sub contractors and materials made for a great experience! I was particularly impressed with how efficient Tyler was in returning calls, always there to answer a question and help make decisions on everything! “Taylec has done two large remodeling projects on our house. The first project was a large 2 car garage with family room above it and a small entryway in the front of the house. The second project was a full remodel of our kitchen that also involved moving the location of our stairs down to the basement. Doing large remodeling projects can be very stressful. “Our house was built by Kenwood Builders as a semi-custom construction. When we met Boris and Gerry the house was nothing more than a hole in the ground. Kenwood already had plans for the house they intended to build, but we wanted to customize some of the interior to meet our specific needs. The process could not have been easier, and the results were perfect. We got exactly the house that we wanted, with none of the problems which usually accompany custom construction. The house was completed by the date promised, and all the changes that we requested were done to our exact specifications. We couldn't be happier!! “Our project started with Katherine coming to our house and giving us ideas on what we can do for a set up/design for our kitchen. She requested we connect on Pinterest so she could see what my vision was. She brought over various samples - some of which I fell in love with and ended up choosing. Ethan joined Katherine once we knew we were going to go through with the renovation. They measured and gave us a good start date based off of when the cabinets would be in. I appreciated the fact that once they started, they made us their focus in order to get our kitchen done as fast as possible. We ran into a few issues during the course of the project, but Ethan and Katherine made it a priority to alleviate the situation(s). I felt very comfortable leaving Ethan in my home each day. Anytime we wanted to change/fix something in our plans, Ethan was more than accommodating. Their estimate came in very close to the final cost.
