From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail.     “I had the second bathroom redone, my Mom could not lift her leg over the tub to get in. Mike came out from State Building and we made a plan to take out the tub and put in a walk-in shower and all new tile in the shower and floors. They were very respectful and nice to have in your home. They also did good dealing with my Mom. Their work was excellant. They also put ceramic tile in the kitchen,straight grout lines, it's beautiful. They also did a stone mback splash and tile by the entry and baack door. If any doubt they always asked. Everyone who comes over always comments on the workmanship and how lovely it looks. Great job!!”
