“Charlie and his team (especially Elson) did a great job on our new deck. The attention to detail (even bolts that no one would ever see were reordered to ensure they matched to others), sensitivity to cost, flexibility when I wanted to change things, and a willingness to redo things that weren't quite right all combined to make the outcome really beautiful (I am sorry I don't have any pictures to post). The only reason it's not a five stars was that the finishing details did take a long time to finish up, but we were able to enjoy the deck so for us it wasn't a major issue.”
