“Home renovation can be frustrating if we don't have the right people, we made this mistake in the past. This wasn't the case when my wife and I hired "Arkhitekton Building Solutions" to renovate our kitchen and remove the carpet on the upper level + install hardwood flooring. Sterling and his crew had the knowledge, provide recommendations and give us the options where to obtain materials at discounted prices. They removed the ceramic tiles from the kitchen, laundry/powder room and foyer and were replaced with our choice of porcelain 24x24 tiles with flushmount vents, they removed lower kitchen cabinets, new quartz counter tops and backsplash were installed, from removing appliances and reinstalling them were all handled with precision. Hardwood floors + flushmount vents were done to perfection. Can't wait for our next project i.e. master bedroom ensuite bath. Quality workmanship, maintain their timelines and reasonable prices. Our vision was to re-convert a much-neglected, animal-infested, three-unit house, into a 5- bedroom home for our family of six. And we wanted to do this in about 3 months on a moderate budget. They levelled and replaced all floors upstairs, installed closets, fitted new windows and opened up an old small and dark kitchen and annex into a fantastic light filled kitchen/ family room opening to back yard through fantastic new European patio doors, They also updated the powder room and entrance hall. Alex is really friendly, super responsive and has great suggestions and high standards and his team were polite, respectful and extremely hard working.
