Ted's son, Justin, did most of the finish work and everyone who sees our kitchen is impressed what how beautiful the wainscoting and trim turned out. Justin also let me know who was going to be working in the house and when and he arrived each day when he said that he would or called to let me know if he was going to be late. I believe that the sub contractors that Ted used are a direct reflection of his high expectations and determination to have happy clients and a completed project that everyone can be proud of. I could go on about Ted and his son and our gorgeous new kitchen but will just add one more thing: Ted and Justin are not only fine craftsmen, they are creative individuals as well. Their input into design decisions was invaluable and the kitchen truly was a collaboration of ideas. I should also add that Ted is patient and a great listener (I may have become uptight a time or two) and did everything possible to make the remodeling experience a good one for us. He also treated everyone who worked on our kitchen with kindness and respect. We wouldn't consider contacting anyone other than Ted Perkins to have remodeling projects done in our home.”
