“My husband is a structural engineer and I'm an artist and when we purchased our own "fixer" in a great neighborhood, we were prepared for a lot of unexpected things, but not completely. We were faced with a home that needed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, window issues, a kitchen gut, master bathroom gut as well as general updating and decor. We were given Tim Reid GC number among others and found our salvation. Tim is thorough, professional and a perfectionist. He vetted our sub-contractors and put together a team that was A-1. With Tim's guidance, we have a beautiful, functional home that otherwise could have been a disaster. He was able to to guide us, provided insight and his considerable knowledge to our project. “The contractor did several different jobs for us. He replaced our dual glazed windows and put new trim around all of them, painted the outside of the house, replaced all the interior doors and frames and added new hardware. He just finished putting in new concrete in the backyard and a beautiful new composite deck with lighting. He works very hard, has a good attitude, does excellent work, and has good ideas to help with planning what the job will end up looking like. I would recommend him for any job. He is quite versatile and has knowledge about different materials such as tile, concrete, wood, etc.”
