“Years ago I needed about 600 feet of leaky seamed gutters replaced on a 4 story apartment building for senior citizens. Not a small job. Home Love came in with the best price and a thorough explanation as to how the process would go with the safety of the residents being of the utmost importance. They worked on the edge of that pitched roof with all workers wearing safety harnesses and roped securely to anchor points but watching them work up there from the ground made my palms sweat. They replaced the seamed gutters with seamless, lifting each section from the ground to 4 stories and did a fine job. Fast forward to a recent driving wind and rain event. A section of gutter became dislodged from its hanger and there were damaged/missing shingles as well. I called Home Love to get the gutter fixed thinking that because it had been eight years or more from the original install this would take a while and would cost big bucks but the repair was made the next day at no charge. That's standing behind your work!”

“We hired Reel Construction to build a 528 sq ft attached garage. This job required grading, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical and fixtures. I'm happy to say that the job was done on time and on budget. My wife and I both enjoyed working with Jory and we'd recommend him to anyone. He always took the time to understand what we envisioned, explain the process and detail the next steps. He was also able to work through some unique circumstances with our property. The result looks like is was part of the original house and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. We'll be contacting Jory and Reel Construction again when it's time for our next project.”

“We were working on plans for a major remodel of our bedrooms and bathrooms, moving the master downstairs and gutting our upstairs and reconfiguring the space, moving plumbing etc. when our architect introduced us to Austin Fox of Fox Builders. Without a contract or any fee he brought a plumber to our house two different times to look at our existing structure to see if what we wanted to do was feasible. His integrity and work ethic was very evident. His bid was higher than the others we were given but it was very detailed where the others were vague and we knew it would cost what it was going to cost. We hired Fox Builders and are so thankful. We are enjoying now our beautifully remodeled home and it is everything we imagined it to be and more. A building inspector even mentioned to me that it was a pleasure inspecting properties he works on as there are little or no issues. He hires well crafted subs and he is on the job every day, you don't have someone hired by him overseeing the project. I am already looking forward to hiring Fox Builders for our next project in a few years. If you are looking for a builder with integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic who produces quality work, Austin Fox is your man.”

“We hired Jim for numerous odd jobs around ourTampa Florida property and our new deck. He has pretty much been a life saver for us. We live in Pennsylvania and our daughter is going to USF and is living in this house with her roommate.Jim does nice work in a timely matter and we absolutely love our new deck that he did. (Pictures attached) He has not only done great work but has also kept an eye on things For us and even came to the home at 9:00 at night to let the girls in when they locked themselves out. “When my husband and I bought a very small apartment size condo in Bradenton, Florida, we knew we would have a daunting task of renovating the 40 year old kitchen and 2 baths. The kitchen actually had wooden counters! Rather then spreading the work out over several months, we decided to have all the work done at one time. This meant we were faced with half of the condo being being under construction at the same time, and wouldn't be able to live there during this process. so we needed a contractor that we were sure was trustworthy and would do an excellent job. After interviewing about five contractors and searching on-line we met and hired Rick Parcels owner of RJM Contractors. He worked with us to come up with a plan that we could afford and that met all our needs as far as storage and design. His work was done on time and he e-mailed us with his progress and took pictures as he went along. As problems arouse with granite suppliers and the structure of a 40 year old building, he was on top of it. When inspecting the finished project I was pleased to see every corner mitered perfectly and my counters were level. Rick was easy to work with and definitely knows his job well. He anticipated problems we hadn't even thought of. My husband and I would definitely hire him again and would gladly refer him to family and friends.”

“My house had major termite damage. Korson & Son Builders were hired to rebuild the entire room. This involved supporting the roof while all four walls were torn down and replaced with metal studs, reinsulating the entire room, running new electric and plumbing, re stuccoing the outside walls, and many other miscellaneous small construction issues. Mark was excellent. His work was perfect.”
