BLP Reno

This fall marked our second major project with BLP Reno. It was great working with David and his team again. As always, we had a lot of support along the way and had all of our questions and queries attended to. A special shout out to Khaleel for all of his efforts on site. We look forward to working with BLP Reno in the future!

We hired BLP Reno to scrape the popcorn ceilings in our home, as well as paint and install pot lights throughout. After having numerous contractors come to the house and quote us on the job, we decided to proceed with BLP Reno after meeting David and Romeu. After the first visit they both left a very good impression on us and we felt comfortable having them in our home. We have an 8 month old baby and we were going to be living in the house throughout the renovations, so dust and mess were a huge concern for us before getting started. Scraping popcorn ceilings is an extremely messy job, but David and his crew did an amazing job covering the floors and the walls and they cleaned as they went. We were really impressed with the thoroughness of the prep work and how little dust lingered in the air and the end of each work day. When they were finished, they had our home professionally cleaned and it was spotless! Even the baseboards and blinds were washed of the construction dust. My husband and I even joked it was cleaner than before we started! Romeu and his team were in charge of the electrical work and installing all the pot lights. They were extremely professional as well and really knew what would work best in each space. Overall the finished project looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. We've worked with other contractors on various projects in the past, but what set BLP Reno apart for us was the high professionalism from the team. David was very responsive and patient with our questions and requests, and we were never left wondering what next steps were. The project was completed on time and on budget. We will definitely use BLP Reno again in the future!

We hired BLP Reno to install a steel lintel to reinforce the arch of our fireplace and to close off the lower end of the chimney flue. David and his team were very detailed, knowledgeable, friendly, listened patiently to all our questions, replied promptly and provided options and advice. The price was reasonable and the work was done well, on time and neat. David was very easy to work with. We would definitely use BLP Reno again and we strongly recommend using this company.

We hired BLP to build our office space from ground up. BLP took care of all matters from gutting the place, getting engaged with the architect, engineers and the city, and the full renovation of the place. David provided great service up front and he and his team worked diligently and smart to produce great results for a complete Ranch bungalow basement Reno and upstairs washroom. Their after completion service was outstanding as well. Top notch! Would hire them again in a second!
