If you live in the NYC area and are considering remodeling your home, we urge you to call Brener Construction. They did a "studs out," complete redo of our UWS 3BR3BA condo, and delivered wonderful results on time and on budget. Our building manager called them "the most professional construction company that I have ever worked with in all my decades of residential management." This is not a man that is liberal with praise either. My husband and I couldn't agree more with his assessment. Amos and Gal are real extra-mile partners in a remodel. The entire process has been smooth and easy, the planning in advance, and the overall execution of the remodeling project has been above expectations; all for a reasonable price.
