Have worked with Steve Hardy and his crew over the past 3 years on 3 separate remodels. I value his professionalism, ideas, and quality of work. He stands behind his work. He will sometimes even suggest improvement on what you first set out to do.

We have worked with Steve Hardy and Hardy Construction for years and always value his thoroughness and expertise. We have worked both on commercial and residential, as well as new construction and rehabs with him, and know that he is capable of tackling complicated, detail driven solutions, from exterior envelope remediation to custom millwork details. One small example of his work in our portfolio is the renovation of the Logan Square bathroom - we replaced all the windows throughout the home, and Steve was able to match the trim profile, tone and details with the original - a critical detail as the bulk of the trim and crown throughout the home is original and untouched. http://www.houzz.com/projects/121306/logan-square-chicago-bathroom-remodel
