A big thank you to Lakeside Builders (Dave and Abdallah) for bringing my mother’s east end home (built in 1930), up to building code and renovations needed to help her ‘age in place’. She has lived in this home for over 50 years. Over a 4-month period, a number of structural and other issues had to be rectified (asbestos removal, electrical ‘knob and tube’ and plumbing re-done along with structural issues). Dave and Abdallah were able to plan and address these issues. It was reassuring that their experience, skills, practical suggestions and solutions were implemented, given the particular quirks of this older home. The seamless coordination of trades and the transition to a more accessible and functional space based on architectural design by (Blüne) has turned this house into a modern and practical home. Throughout the overall process Lakeside builders was accommodating and their flexibility allowed my parent to return home while Lakeside completed the external work. Their professionalism, respectfulness and reliability, as well as the ongoing consultation, was greatly valued. I fully appreciate the enthusiasm brought to the job, the quality of work and the attention to detail and their readiness to discuss and provide advice. Many people in the neighbourhood have commented positively on the renovations and adjacent neighbours were appreciative of the minimal disruption in undertaking this project. I would recommend this company for their excellent work.

Lakeside Builders helped completely renovate 2 bathrooms in my condo. The project was completed on time and on budget and the results have been fantastic. I would definitely work with them again. The team was very flexible and easy to work with (especially given the current COVID restrictions). Abdallah was great to work with, he made great suggestions that took our project to the next level, he was very helpful, responsive, and always available. I would definitely recommend Lakeside Builders for any home renovations. I needed my bathroom and kitchen done. With the help of Abdallah, we were able to design and come up with some great ideas. Some we hadn’t even considered. I’m glad we went with them. The job was done in a safe and timely manner. The efficiency that these guys worked with, considering all the restrictions that we are under right now was impressive. After each job was completed, it would be inspected to make sure it was to our liking, which was appreciated! I would absolutely recommend these guys for any renovations needed around the house. We have plenty of ideas for the rest of our home, and we will definitely be calling Lakeside Builders for the jobs. We look forward to seeing them again. Thank you for the work you did. I have used Lakeside Builders Toronto on several projects in my condo. They completely renovated my kitchen, updated a bathroom, replaced doors and baseboards throughout and installed a wall with an electric fireplace in my living room. Every job was completed to perfection. They are very professional and organized. Their time management is excellent. All of their trades people are extremely qualified. My building management also likes when Lakeside Builders are in the building because they are so professional and polite in dealing with maintenance staff. I definitely recommend this company.

I have been lucky enough to work with Lakeside Builders personally and professionally over the past few years. Personally, Lakeside renovated the main floor of my home including kitchen. From working with us mapping out the layout, walking us through the process, picking out supplies and all the way to giving us back the keys it was a great experience. Professionally, Lakeside has completed some major renovations to the fitness facility that I manage. They have done projects ranging from commercial roofing, structural re-supporting, major plumbing and full washroom and change room renovations. I could not recommend enough Lakeside Builders. They are professional, educated, resourceful, trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have just secured funding to complete another washroom project in 2021 and we are excited that Lakeside will be completing the job!
