We hired Brad on short notice to repair the landing & stairs leading from our back entrance into the basement & up to the main floor. The work involved removing part of the landing & the lower stairs, sealing the lower area with concrete, rebuilding the lower landing & stairs & preparing the whole area for tiling. Brad kept the job site clean, removed all demolition material & kept us informed on any issues & developments. The work was completed on time & within budget to a high standard. Have already engaged Brad to do other work in our house.
