Rejuvenate: a remodeling company llc

Rejuvenate did a down-to-studs remodel of our high rise condo. Ruben was organized, efficient, and had a great eye for details. He understood our aesthetic and provided great suggestions to get the “look” we wanted. He used high quality materials and his sub-contractors (carpenter, painter, tiler, plumber, electrician, etc.) were all very good and professional. He worked with us on layout and design options, material choices, and handled unexpected issues that arose during the remodel. In our case, our remodel had the added stress of having the building’s freight elevator imminently closing for six months. Ruben needed to complete the job before the freight elevator’s closure, or we’d be unable to bring up materials, appliances and furniture to the condo. Ruben and his team completed the gut remodel in record-time, beating the deadline. When we have another project, we’ll call Ruben first. We highly recommend Ruben and Rejuvenate.

Rejuvenate has completed numerous projects in my North Shore home, including a kitchen refresh, a full bathroom remodel, a bathroom refresh, a laundry/mud room remodel and a full exterior refresh. Ruben is professional, trustworthy and responsive, and has a great eye for design suggestions. The work has always been priced fairly, completed in a timely manner and done with precision and care for my home, my possessions and my family (who was always in the space while work was being completed). Even my kids love the Rejuvenate guys and want them to come back for more projects! Highly recommend and I’ll continue working with them.

Ruben and his team renovated our 4 bedroom condo in Streeterville. Ruben helped us with our vision even before we put in an offer on the unit, which involved knocking down of several walls. From the beginning, he took charge of everything from permitting, communicating with building management and understanding the specific rules of our historic building. We had a very short time limit for the renovation and his team was able to get it finished one week before our initial end date. And he was able to stay within our budget! Ruben is conscientious, detail oriented and honest. I highly recommend him and his team.

Ruben did a fantastic job on the remodel of our single family home in Wilmette. Not only did he and his team do a great job, they were able to meet a very tight timeframe for us based on our move-in date. Ruben is very detail oriented, trasnparent, and responsive. His entire team was extremely profressional, friendly and great to work with. This was our second time using Rejuvenate and we would absolutely use them again.

We’ve used Ruben twice now and have been impressed both times. He has come in and time and at budget for both of our projects. Would use him again on any future projects.

Ruben and his team were very professional and attentive to the details I wanted to confirm before getting started on the work. The workmen were very friendly and accommodating to my schedule and I appreciated them wearing their masks while working in my home. They painted my main stairs and did all the electrical, plumbing, wallpapering and install work for my powder room, including sourcing a new sink and quartz counter top cut to fit my existing vanity.

Ruben and team did a fantastic job and finished the project right on time. It was a full townhouse rehab including redoing both bathrooms, the kitchen, 2 sets of stairs, and all of the floors in 5 rooms. They also installed new lighting in the kitchen and family room. They were professional and engaging. I would recommend them to anyone who asked

Ruben had great design ideas. He spent more time in guiding us through tile options than most contractors would have. All of the crew were highly skilled and careful with equipment and materials, given that we were living in the home during the project. All were mindful of the schedule. Very happy with my new bathroom!

Rejuvenate remodeled an apartment for us this past summer and fall and we were unable to be there to see it's progress, however, his planning of the project was excellent and was very aware of and sensitive to our needs even though we were far away. The progress of the remodel went smoothly, he was in contact with us pretty much constantly and reviewed the progress. He made suggestions for where to look for a variety of needs, appliances, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, etc. We have only been able to visit the apartment twice during the project, but have been very pleased with the work that has been done and are looking forward moving there in the next month. The work relationship has been excellent and the quality also has been beyond our expectations. We work recommend rejuvenate to anyone looking to have work done.

Our family has worked with Rejuvenate on two projects: Tearing out and replacing our kitchen ceiling (water main break), and redoing our back"yard" (small Chicago backyard, with outdoor fireplace and cute landing). Ruben never disappoints. He's just as knowledgable about foundational plumbing as he is about beautiful interior finishing touches, and he also excels with outdoor stonework, paint, and repair work. He will always tell it to you straight: If your vision isn't in the best interest of the longterm value of your home, he will let you know -- and at the same time, he will keep your wishes at heart and work with you closely to help you make your dream project a reality. He is professional, digitally savvy, and you can expect fast turnarounds in analysis --> proposals. He will also help you prioritize your project and drive to completion in a timeframe that is best for all involved. I'd recommend Ruben any day, and our future projects will surely go his way.

Working with Ruben and his crew was an absolute pleasure. Unfortunately, the designer I chose to work with on my kitchen remodel was terrible- no accountability, no attention to detail, etc. Fortunately, she introduced me to Ruben who completely SAVED THIS PROJECT. From the very beginning I could tell he really knew what he was doing. Rejuvenate's slogan should be "under promise, over produce". They were always on-time or early, the work from EVERYONE on his team was masterful, and every part, from the cabinets, to the tile, the brand new lighting, etc. turned out better than I ever expected. Ruben is an excellent listener, and even when I would forget I mentioned something to him, out of seemingly nowhere he would pop by with a solution! Ruben and his team are detail oriented, tidy, reliable, and as a bonus, funny. Hey- if someone is going to be at your house every day, it helps! I will contact Ruben directly with all of my remodeling needs in the future. 15/10 I would recommend.

Ruben and his subcontractors were of the highest skill and quality. Their work was impeccable. I was kept informed at every step of the project and given billing updates as to any overruns or savings from the original contract and estimate. The finished home is absolutely beautiful. Ruben pays extremely close attention to the little details that I think are so important in the finished work. I would highly recommend Ruben.
