Soul Construction Services is a great professional company. We hired them to renovate our home in SE Portland. They did everything they said they where going to do. The finished product turned out exceptional, we couldn’t be happier! They where super guys to have in our home & we highly recommend them. We purchased a duplex and Hired North Point Restoration to help completely remodel the exterior, bathroom and structural issues within the interior. Tim is a complete professional and has definitely learned his craft. If you are looking for someone who is going to give you superior work, execute on your plan and finish with what you had envisioned then this is your guy. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with, their attention to detail, cleanliness and overall customer service was excellent. Thank You!

I found Tim on HomeAdvisor.com. I was looking for a contractor to replace a rotted front porch support beam. I had been putting this off because I thought it was going to be a major ordeal to repair. He contacted me the same day I submitted a request for an estimate and came out the same day to take a look as well. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He described the process of repair, the cost of materials and his cost per hour. His estimate was between $350.00-400.00 which was comparable to other estimates. He agreed to replace the support beam the following day. I was not able to be at my house due to my work schedule, but he kept me informed of his progress by sending be text pictures. When I came home from work the support beam was replaced and the work area was cleaned up. The final cost of the job was 370.00. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely hire him again.

Tim Andrew remodeled 2 bathrooms for us and we were very pleased with his workmanship, professionalism and over all attitude as we added more to his plate then originally contracted. He was very knowledgeable and even fixed a problem or two before it could go bad for us. I would hire Tim in a heartbeat for any construction needs around my home or business.
